Strawman Limited does not specifically request any personal information. When a request is placed to use our service, we require an email address for the European Patent Company and a reference; both of which may identify an individual. This is a requirement of our contract: full details are in ‘The Agreement’. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service.

We are committed to protecting any information that you give to us and we will not disclose any information to any company, except if required to do so by law. This includes not sharing your information for any marketing purposes outside Strawman Limited.

However, we do use an independent IT company for the purposes of hosting and maintenance of our website. This service provider is not permitted to use or disclose personal data, except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements.
